Nismo Tire Replacement?
Here is a question. If you have a 2013 or older 370Z Nismo which came with the Yokohama tires and go to a dealer to get tire replacements, will they replace them with the Bridgestone S001 tires going forward?
I heard the S001 tires don't perform so well in the rain. |
I'd try to get Michelin pilot super sports. I am tempted to try changing sizes to 265/35/19 and 305/30/19 but don't know if there will be any "true" disadvantages to it

Tire replacement at the dealer's? Is this a warranty thing or just need to replace? Either way, I have no clue

Just curious. Just purchased a car this weekend, so won't need to change tires for a while. Just thought it was interesting that the only performance change from 2013 to 2014 was different tires. Kinda like the Yokohamas that come with the car, and have had bad experiences with tire changes at non-dealer facilities. Maybe I'll just find a local dealer that does not mind installing drop shipped tires, and can therefore get what I want from tirerack.com

dealer will generally replace the tires with the same ones that came from the factory. You can have them install any brand tires as long as they are the same original size.
