The headers don't really add power, and the install isn't a lot of fun. Stillen wildly overestimates the gain from their headers. The cats are fine. If you can sell the intakes for close to what you paid for them it's ok, but if you're going to take a huge hit it isn't worth it. The Uprev license will be used on whatever FI kit you buy, so that's fine as well provided that whoever you buy the kit from discounts the price appropriately since you don't need a new license.
