With all due respect, don't rule out the possibility of driver error. You don't typically beat on the car, so with your adrenaline pumping you may have made a mistake. Also, don't mess with bikes, #1 they have no protective shell around them if you or they screw up, and #2 you stand no chance against even a 600cc bike.

I have a CBR600RR and a Nismo and, while I love my Z, the rate of acceleration is not even close. Depending on which publication you believe, the 0-60 time for that bike is anywhere from high 2s to low 3s... even a second longer and it'd still handily embarrass most cars. |

the transmission in the Z is fantittyfuckintastic but the clutch is a flaming piece of ****. I remember glazing my 09 clutch after about 5 passes up the 1/4 mile driving it like you would expect a 45k car to. since then I quickly learned what you can and cant do without repercussion with this car. prepare yourself, plenty of other parts they cheaped out on.... cough cough slave cylinder.....
