OP, was it a C5 Z06 or C6? I find it hard to believe you liked the Nismo better if it was a C6. And a Corvette is definitely not

So just because it has a powerful V8 it's a muscle car? It's a two seater sports car that is lighter than our cars, and way better handling. I don't know to many muscle cars that have Nurburgring times like the Z06 has posted. To me, a Challenger or Charger are muscle cars... But that's just me lol. Not try to thread jack, just wondering why the OP liked the Nismo more. I could see if it was a C5Z..

Having just bought a used Z06, I can say that I'm in love, although I have a special place in my heart for my old 370z, God rest her soul.
But opinions may differ. Nothing wrong with people liking the Z more than a Vette. I happen to like the Vette better, but both are fantastic performance cars imo. |

And I'll be honest, I had had my eye on a Z06 for over a year. Driving them back to back changed my mind. I was surprised. |

My buddy owned a Vette and drove my Nismo, said the Nismo blew his away on the handling! It was a modded 2009 vette with over 400hp.
I am sure the higher end vettes can handle, but from what I hear the lower end ones cant. |

A couple of the guys in my unit have Z06s and they are beastly as well as greatly nimble. I think it has to do with the wide stance, wheels, and weight. Also the fact they most people are either mesmerized and/or intimidated, lol.
