How do you guys jack up the front of the car? Wanted to install my test pipes this weekend...

I have no problems getting to the rear differential to jack up the rear though

What I do is drive up onto some boards I made into a small ramp. That gives me enough clearance to get my low profile jack up underneath to the brace under the engine. I jack up the front enough to put my real ramps under the wheels. Then I jack up the rear using the pumpkin as a jack point

I'll try driving up on 2x4's. Don't really need both ends jacked up to do the test pipes as far as I know.

I'm not looking forward to the demon bolts though.

If you don't have any boards laying around. You can use your scissors jack to raise the Z up enough to slide your other jack in to raise it the rest the way up.

Oh yea... forgot I have a jack in the trunk lol.

Also, I have craftsmen tools, so if this breaks it will be the first time I've ever broken one. I've broken plenty of other brands, and maybe craftsmen is the same, IDK but I have yet to break a craftsmen tool and I've put a beating on them.

guage go from the engine bay! remove the intakes to reach those bolts, and use 1/2" drive extentions.

I thought you get only the one bolt from each side from the engine bay. Can you get all the bolts from the engine bay? The ones from the manifold to the cats anyways?

Place the scissors under the side skirt to lift it high enough to slide a floor jack in its place to finish the job. Then rest the car on a jack stand. Repeat for the other side.

You don't want to trust that scissors jack for that. I know my scissors jack will not go up high enough for a jack stand.

I wouldn't trust them for that either. Just switch it over to a regular jack after the scissors raise it a an inch or so.

Since crapsman is made in China now so I stopped buying them. It was a craftsman we broke and those bolts live up to their name. I felt like screaming... "WHY NISSAN WHY?!!"
