The Nismo clutch isn't a different type, so try using the search feature!
And you should upgrade the CSC as well, otherwise it'll go out quicker

I have the Southbend stage 2 clutch with a lightened flywheel and upgraded CSC. I'm really liking the setup. It almost feels like stock, but engages smoother. Plus with the flywheel being 9lbs lighter than stock, revs quite a bit faster. I don't even hear any clutch chatter which is common with lighter setups.

Which flywheel did you go with (Southbend's aluminum or steel)? Is their any rattle/whine noise issues that are louder than the stock flywheel/clutch?

I have the steel one, which is only 22lbs, 9lbs lighter than stock. I can sometimes hear a slight chatter when I'm at a stop in neutral, but thats it. I think going any lighter than that you'll start hearing a lot more.

having gone with a super light weight flywheel on my last car (IS300) i WILL NOT be getting anything that light for the Z.

9lbs sounds like a perfect weight loss.
