Z Fever in Tampa
 

Anybody have any feedback on these guys. I'm looking to have them do some work and thought I would poll the group. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

By the way, has anybody changed out the seats? I can't get comfortable in them.

prices are steep but their mechs are the best I have found for work you cannot do yourself. depending on what you are doing guys like myself in the zclub here in tampa are more than willing to help. We have done just about anything you can think of.

I just plan on some minor tweaks...CAI, exhaust, and tune. Maybe TT's when warranty is exhausted.

Tell me more about the club.

As far as CAI and Exhaust I can help you with that so dont waste your money having that done. a tune will not net you very much with those bolt ons so I would save your money. the z club can be found at zclubofflorida.net , Currently membership is down but myself and a few other 370z guys are trying to bring it back to life. If you want the help just PM me and we can work out a time for you to come by and we can tackle those installs. :tup:

I'm a new Tampa area z owner ( just bought in November ) curious about the club as well, noticed a few clubs in Tampa/Florida, I went to the website, but it didn't seem to be updated recently. I'd be down to join one, let me know if any meets r coming up. I'm more in the Brandon area.

yeah Like I said the club has headed in the wrong direction the past year. I am planning on running for office along with Nut_N_Much and change the direction of the club. If you are down to joining let me know. I will send you guys a friend request here shortly to keep you informed.

Yeah, don't know whats been going on. I know we need to focus on making the meeting place more central. I would like to see events that include driving our cars. Shows are cool, but my car sits parked enough as it is. I had the club over to my house once to target shoot. Was a lot of fun. Looking forward to a refresh.

I live about an hour from you guys and I love car meets and hang outs. Im not "Tampa" but I did stay in a Holiday Express once (lived in Clearwater a year). I also plan to have ppl over to my new home when it gets bit warmer cause we have one badass pool with swim up bars built in it on the golf course. Let me know about any get togethers!

I have a friend who is a service writer at Courtesy Nissan. He told me 90% of the people going to Z Fever are return customers coming back to have something fixed that the shop didn't do right the first time.

There is a website called ztuner.com and this guy does a fantastic job and takes his time and does everything perfect.

He also just bought a dyno and can do tuning now. if you're looking for a part, ask him and he can get it.

I just use Martin, he has fixed to mest up tunes from other places and showed me the AT Map. Don't know Harry! I sure he is a good tuner, I have seen how hard Martin worked to fix some issues and running pulls all day to get it write for the same cost.

Just make sure someone knows how to cook on a grill and everyone bring some food and drinks so it remains cheap and easy. And I can back the cars outa the garage if you need full garage space for any installs. Ill park em in the country club parking lot so we don't litter the street too much haha. Oh just have to bring your own tools etc.

Between me and Nut_N_Much's place: If you can't find the right tool in this garage, Mr. Arizona you don't belong near a car.

I have had Z's at once there so lets see how many we can get at once. :icon17:

neighbors will prob rage, however our next door neighbor only lives here alot in the winter as their main home is in Indiana so we can park in their drive im sure. Ill just be sure to ask ahead of time. Kinda strict HOA here but since people that own Z's are usually drug dealers, they wont mind, ill just say its a party etc.

Reviving a 10-year old thread. I finally received all the parts from ZSpeed to replace the CSC/CMC. I am reading mixed reviews about Fever Racing, even on this site. Anyone with any recent experience?

My car in its current condition can make it about 10 miles before the clutch foes soft and lose fluid in the reservoir.
