My truck will lay into the Stock 370Z's pretty good. Down low the diesels torque will kill a stock 370Z anytime, after about 60mph though its a different story.

Also a cat deleted 370Z's exhaust is not any better than a DPF deleted diesel exhaust, the only difference is you can see the diesels.

Or anytime there's cornering or braking involved. The truck wins a very short drag race, loses in any other situation

True, but the car would also lose if you had to pull anything, drive in snow and ice, and off road.

Wait wait, how deep is this snow? With the right tires on ice or with a light coat of snow, I still give the Z the edge with equivalently-skilled drivers. Off-road or in deeper snow sure the truck wins.
