hey guys,
just a thing to note for future reference. our nismo sways are the same as the s-tune nismo sways that have an MSRP of nearly $700. i purchased a set from Z1 since they were cheap on the off chance that our stock sways were in fact the same as the sport/base sways. finally had a chance to put the z up today and measure the sways (although i shouldve done that before i bought them) and they measure the same. unconvinced, i removed the front sway, weighed them and measured them with a caliper and they were the exact same save for some tool accuracy. i did quite a bit of searching on the forum before buying them though, and while some evidence suggested our stock nismo sways were upgraded from the sport/base, there wasnt any concrete evidence. now there is, at least from my findings. anyway, for any sport/base owners looking at this, who wants some cheap sways? z1's notes: OEM (sport/base) Front: 26.5mm Rear: 24.2mm NISMO S-Tune Front: 27.0mm Rear: 25.4mm MY NISMO: Front: 27.0mm Rear: 25.5mm anyone else have thoughts?
