Looking to purchase a 2011 Nismo and need a few questions answered

Thanks for the help guys I'm going to check the car out tonight at 7 and I will inspect it thouroughly then, if they aren't willing to budge 35k and under I think I might try my luck with someone from the fourums who has their nismo for sale. I'm not going to pay out my arse for a car that someone else may have used as a company liability "play toy" from what I understand talking to the Internet sales man only the district manager has driven the car, irrigardless it's far from "new" because when I looked at it six months ago it had normal rock chips and such on it as it was not to mention the 5k miles.
