Default Any Way to Repair This Bolster Wear?

Pardon my little rant there. This is a used Nismo that I'm looking at, I love the car, but it has this, which I hate as you might have guessed.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this? I saw a new one with 125 miles on it and it had the same thing. Is this a problem with these seats?
