Will the Akebono brake kit be ok on base rims?
 

About to get my wheels powdered and I have to do a wheel swap. Found someone nice enough to loan me base 18"s (with tires) but I want to make sure that they'll clear the calipers without spacers.

Did a search but didn't see anything.

I'm 99.999999% sure you can do it... A lot of sport package people buy base rims to take to the track because tires cost a lot less

Wait duh - the guy who bought my old front diffuser had a nismo with the big brake kit. You're right.
