Your journal of all the things you have done to your Z is awesome! I feel like a little fish in a big pond.

Thank you. It's just a step by step process of where I'm taking the Nismo to. Still alot of things I want to do to it. BBK, coil-overs, seats, etc.

Thank you. I want to make so that anyone else follow me and do the samethings. It's really not that hard for what I have done. Just a little pricy on some stuff. LOL I'm waiting on "phuck" and his fuel starving kit to get done. That will be my next project I think.

What's your take on the Uprev? I see you have it. Would this be a good addition now? Do you think I would see much difference without other performance upgrades like exhaust etc...?

I got an increase of 23 RWHP with just tuning on top of what my mods got me. This plus the removal of the throttle delay really makes a difference in how the car feels when you drive it. Much more responsive now.

Is removing throttle delay a physical part or is this part of the computer tuning?

All done with tuning. Your gas pedal is not physically connected to the throttle body. Stock programming will only move the throttle body a fraction of what your foot is actually pushing on the pedal. This is done so that your average driver does not floor the pedal in first and wrap the car around a pole as soon as they leave the dealership (or anywhere else).

Tuning will remove some (not all) of that delay and allow for a more direct correlation between your foot movement and the throttle body opening.

That is definitely a reason to get the tuning. I am going to contact Uprev tomorrow. Thank You!
