About to pull the trigger on purchase.
 

So I've been on the forums for a while now reading and getting as much info as a I can about making a new purchase. Think I'm ready. Still got my old beater of an eclipse that runs fine but man the nismo is way too damn sexy. Always wanted a real sports car and this is it. Checked my area there are a few nearby, namely a '12 sr nismo sitting at 38 and some change. Seeing as how the new models are rolling in I'm sure they are trying to get rid of of the 12 models so this seems like a pretty good deal. Plus checked on Edmund website found Nissan is still doing 0% financing as well. That solid red looks so good.

Good luck... play hardball with the dealer. Be prepared to walkaway if you want to get a really good deal. My dealer called me back twice after I turned down other deals they offered.

If you can get a 12' Nismo for 38 anything you should. That's very close to invoice.

Well at first I wanted the PW. Liked the black as well, but after reading how much of a pain in the a it is to keep clean I decided against it. Then I looked at some members rides and I gotta say that solid red looks gorgeous. And of course that is the color that they have available nearby. Fingers crossed it doesn't get picked up before I get to have a go at it :P

And yes, play hardball. I told them the number I wanted to be at, and when they declined, walked away. They called me back that afternoon.

One tip I always tell people is to buy vehicles near the end of a quarter (March, June, Sept, and Dec). They're always going to be a bit more desperate to close deals around those times.
