Hey bro welcome and congrats on the nismo, no changes will be needed for you, i know many guys in U.A.E and Bahrain and even Kuwait with U.S spec 370's with no problems at all, I think the nismo already comes with an oil cooler from the factory. You should not have any heating issues, but it is recommended that you get an oil cooler none the less, not because you got the car from the U.S to Kuwait, it should hold up perfectly in our weather conditions, but oil cooler is recommended if you want to drive the car harder, but again you should be ok

Sorry if I didn't make it clear enough as what I wrote might be a bit misleading, please let me refrase my self, I think the nismo comes with an oil cooler from the factory, but that I'm not 100% sure of, if it does not come with one from the factory then it would not hurt to get one, but your car would have no problem because it is a US spec being used in the gcc

The nismo car comes with an oil cooler as of 2012. 09-11 it did not.

Having been to Iraq and having a 2012 model(oil cooler), I can tell you the factory oil cooler probably won't be enough. You should consider a larger aftermarket oil cooler, beyond that you should be fine.

Go I and do you're self a favor and get the oil cooler, I have spoken to the guys at Nissan and that so called oil cooler dose not have the cooling potential of lets say a stillen cooler either way good luck and enjoy the Z.

Get an efficient oil cooler of the largest size possible. When driving slow, it doesn't get much air flow so extra surface area helps radiate heat up and away.
Some high quality tint will help keep the interior cool as well.

like everyone said you will need at MINIMUM a 24 row cooler, but I would recommend a 34 row cooler, if your coolant temp starts to go out and heats up too much you will also need an upgraded radiator....
