Minus Resonators!
 

Just took my Nismo and had the resonators taken off.

My Mods are not much, Stillen Intake, plus the stock Nismo exhaust and removed the resonators = a great sound! Sounds deeper and just loud enough I dont have to be embarrassed or worried I look like one of those 4 cylinder cars trying to be louder then it should be.

I did a video but it did not come out good. I used a Kodak hand held HD which takes awesome pictures but for some reason the audio sucks. You hear too much background noise. So I will try it again tomorrow. sorry

How bad is rasp on coast down?

NONE!! Its only at about 5500rpm and up, not on the way down.. its small.. I plan on getting the stillen HFC's soon.. Maybe next month. I need a good video camera this month.. so the car is on hold for now.

Did you take it to a shop to have the work done? How much was it?

My friend here in town is a mechanic for Nissan. He does the work on my car and him only. He trains at my gym. I paid him $100 to install it. It took him 3 hours, so i think that was fair since he got me the intake at his cost. I plan on getting the Stillen Headers, HFC and exhaust... Maybe the super Charger in the future.. :) Then I will be done..

make sure they weld it correctly. The Midas muffler shop tried to get away with not welding it all the way around the pipe. They need to drop the muffler to get to it. I had an exhaust leak I did not know about until yesterday. I think that is why it sounded funny at high RPM's. I took it back and its all good now.
