Invoice on a fully loaded 2012 nismo should be around 39500ish. There are several websites online that can provide this information including Edmonds, cargurus, etc. I just told the dealer to show me the numbers if they want me to show them the money.

Invoice, even for the extras. You can also usually get at east an extra $500 or 0% financing during holidays or events.
