anyone painted the bottom trim of their car?
 
Might paint the bottom trim of my car like the 350z nismo. Just wanted some input from you guys.

PM Nismo63, he wrapped the bottom trim which came out really nice. Not sure if he did the side skirts...

I honestly think it looks awesome and wish it came from the factory like this..

Are people actually swapping their Calipers out or just painting them? I have seen a few Nismo's with red, yellow Calipers.

^ well that is just a photoshopped pic.. I know a lot of guys get their sport calipers powder coated.. I'm getting mine powder coated white.

That sounds much better then replacing them! A kit runs around 2.5k..

Are you taking your own off your car or does the shop you are taking it to do all the work?

I'll probably just take them off and send them to Mike. Or I believe you can just do a core exchange/charge... pay extra, he sends you the powder coated calipers and once you get them just send in your originals to him and then he'll reimburse you.

Oh and by the way kits are usually much more expensive than that! I've seen front and rears go for 6-7k.

Thank you. I sent him an email. I think the easiest for me is to buy them coated from him and send mine back. I had no idea that option was available.
