thank you both for your help.. I will give it a try. I also heard just adding cold air intake will help a bit as well? Or am I wrong?

Adding a CAI will give you a bump in HP as well as change the tone of the engine at higher RPMS but still won't be overly intrusive in-cabin. Surprisingly CAIs on the 370z don't increase the noise a whole lot, where in every other car that I've ever owned and installed a CAI it has made a drastic increase in intake noise. A CAI also will have no effect on warranty unless the dealer can prove the issue was caused due to the install of the CAI. Again just hold on to stock parts and re-install if the time comes.
