Why not use some kind of angled duct on the part of the plate that is recessed a bit in front of the wheel and direct some air towards the brakes? That would be easy to make as an add-on.

Should be plenty of room for the sways and lower oil pans Look at all the room for brake ducts!
Really not sure how the regular version is not clearing, This only sits about a 1/2" lower, we will be making a version 2 of the normal 370Z Underpan that sits a little lower also. We will be offering both versions for the non-nismo 370 in the future.

If you look under the car you will see that that is up higher than the lower lip of the bumper, we do not believe it will cause any turbulence. We are adding vents on the rear side of the cut out to draw air in and across the bottom of the engine and oil pan and out the rear of the shield for better cooling in that area.

Test fitted the last re-vamped piece, Still needs a few adjustments before I am satisfied.
Sorry, I am kind of picky and want things perfect

Looking to order a Nismo front bumper soon and this piece is of course needed. Also, any estimate on pricing yet?

I was cruising around 110 mph today and lost a plastic piece from my under carriage and i think this was it...I heard it flapping around and as soon as i started to slow down i saw it flying in the wind in my rear view...
