2011 Nismo 370 rear under car noise/chirp

Hi ppl, just traded-in my 2009 STI for a 2011 Nismo 370 (used w/1,500 miles on the ODO). I've had it for about 2 weeks and absolutely love the car.

Question 2011 Nismo 370 rear under car noise/chirp

Hi ppl, just traded-in my 2009 STI for a 2011 Nismo 370 (used w/1,500 miles on the ODO). I've had it for about 2 weeks and absolutely love the car. But just recently I started noticing all the humms/whines/creaks of the car, non of which bother me considering its a performance car but i do notice a noise from the center rear part of the car while on IDLE. it is like a chirp or vibration, don't know if its the fuel pump or what, since the car is not moving I ruled out the diff or exhaust..

When Im at idle and let off the clutch I can hear a little noise too. Try if the noise go away when u depress the clutch w/o engaging any gear and then release it to see if the noise comes back.

The one you are descibing is at the clutch and is normal, the noise im refering to is located at the rear of the car between the two rear wheels area or just before. Its constant even since when you start the car or been driving for an hour. Ypu can hear it frm the inside too..

This is why you don't buy used Sport cars, unless they are something high end.

You never know how the first 1500 miles was used on the car. It could be some Kid driving the the crap out of it right off the lot.

My friend she got a new 2012 Altima coupe and went 7K miles on the first OEM oil from the factory! Ouch!

Its threads like this that make me not miss the Z. Since I bought my subie I have not noticed one noise or creak or rattle that my Z had plenty of. Good luck finding the noise! Hope it gets fixed.
