Nismo Exhaust (Rust Issue)

My exhaust is rusting on the inside of the tips. Like the tubing the 2.5" or 3" part not the tips. is anyone else having this issue? the Stealership says

Like the tubing the 2.5" or 3" part not the tips. is anyone else having this issue? the Stealership says its regular and there are holes to let out moisture from the exhaust but thats going to happen??? Any advice? I live in washington state south of seattle and rain is always! Thanks
