Default NEW NISMO model now available....yours for $150K!

I am surprised I have not seen any threads about this yet. Recently announced on NISMO Japan's website, Autech is now building a race prepared NISMO 370Z that is a turn key race car.

A few weeks ago when we went to the ALMS Race (Petit LeMans) at Road Atlanta, Nissan Motorsports was debuting their NISMO 370Z Grand-Am Spec race car. Similar to the NISMO 370Z RC announced in Japan, but with modifications made to meet Grand-AM spec rules.

They will be expensive, but hopefully they will be releasing some of the hardcore race parts to the general public soon.

Here is a link to the English NISMO Japan site discussing the annoucement of the NISMO 370Z RC:

NISMO 370Z RC - Oct. 3, 2011

Some of the interesting race parts I am curious see more of includes:
- Diff cooler
- Transmission cooler
- Oil Cooler
- Solution for Fuel starvation done by NISMO???
- Brake ducting - The Grand-AM spec NISMO had a special mod. done to the fascia

So I was browsing around on Z1 motorsport, came across the Nismo RC for sale.
Nismo 370Z JDM RC (Race Car)

So you can really buy this through Z1? Hmm, I wonder if they'll take paypal

LOL...the info is true and the prices are accurate. But we mainly added it as a joke. We all thought it was funny.

Its kinda like how O'Reily Auto Parts added this to their website:
Delorean - ED Flux Capacitor available thru O'Reily Auto Parts

The problem with the prices for the NISMO is that it does not include taxes, transport and all other fees Nissan North America will probably tack on just to get it.

I want those front ducts. Not sure how well the passenger side would work given the GTM SC S1 intake filters are right there with water penetration during inclement weather. But the driver side should push air to the SC traction fluid cooler and the oil cooler.

Those ducts blend in well with the NISMO front fascia IMO.

Aww really? I was about to buy this Z1, but since its a joke I guess I'll take my business elsewhere . Oh well, I'll just order some wheel hubs and GTR start button from you instead lol.

162k for a Z that owns. That'd be a tough sell for the girlfriend considering there's no passenger seat.
