Does a Nismo come with a navigation unit? If not can you install one from a regular 370z

Only the Canadian Spec NISMO's came with an optional Navi-package.

The US models did not. Your only real option (and the most economical) is to install an aftermarket radio (a double DIN Kenwood, Pioneer, etc.). Or...simply buy a Garmin or TomTom.

Installing the factory BOSE Navi would be EXTREMELY painful and expensive, unless you were able to get every piece of the kit with wiring from someone building a race car.

I use my smart phone in mine when traveling.

Are you sure the nismos in canada can get navi cause its not on the website when you build it.

Nismo options in the US are limited to the color you want. Everything else is standard w/o options.
