DD for the win. I got 27K in just over a year. Now that I am deployed, I miss her /sigh.

I daily mine! I've though about buying another car to DD, but then I though to myself I'd never drive the other car because I love driving the Nismo every day. On days I don't have anything to do or anywhere to go, after about five or six hours of looking at the car I can't take it and usually get in her and do a little desert run to get my daily Nismo fix in.

I have been deployed 6 months and I'm still at 14K, 10 total months owned. Yes that is correct, 4 months and 10K, my son put the other 4K on it for me.

Just fliped to 20k on mine. Starting to feel the tranny more then when I first got it w15miles. This car never was a smooth shifter either. Also im hearing a whining noise from the rear I never heard before. The more I drive the Nismo the more it hurts my feelings.
DD? Not so much for me. Its feels more like a conversation piece. Last edited by antfd3s; 09-29-2011 at 02:52 PM. |

It was funny as I was leaving the dealership complaining bout this trans when I first got it. A fellow Z driver whispered to me,"try the Rp,it'll help. " I whispered back,"really? why we whispering?" Lol. Said" they told me it voids the warranty " no sheet. |

yea one of the guys at the parts dept. said the additives and what not can fug up the trannys. and thats its best to stick to the factory stuff in case they wana be a b1tch about warranty issues. im not even getting a short shifter until the 50k mile powertrain is up. :\
