camber kit (not counting the toe bolt)..an hour both sides max...spacers...10 min max if studs are attached to the spacer....springs 1.5-2.5 hours if youve done it before.

get it aligned somewhere your not going to be able to do it yourself but they take about 30 min doing it

Are you assuming a paid professional is doing this and using a lift? I ask because I just did swift springs w/ H&R DRS (stud replacement) spacers last weekend. I did the entire job by myself in my garage with a jack and a couple of jack stands. It took me probably 10 - 12 hours. I had some trouble removing some of the bolts and one of the front rotors. I also messed up the top hat alignment on the front struts and had to fix that so those issues accounted for a lot of the time. Keep in mind that I am only a hobbyist mechanic and this was my first time doing spacers and springs. With a lift and a second set of hands I could cut that time in half now that I've done it once. Its reasonable to think a pro could do the job in 3 - 4 hours.

I paid 700 for the whole setup is it a reasonable?

yeah man sorry but alignment = 100
camber install i did myself
toe install = 50 bucks at a shop
spacer = i would imagine 60 bucks or so but i really dont know
springs = 140-180

your at 360-450 for installation
