Does an oem muffler fit the Nismo exhaust system?

I have a very good offer for this beast: http://www.auto-master.ch/images/NAP-KS-Ni-370Z.jpg Does it fit the rest of the Nismoexhaust? Dont want to downgrade the complete Nismo Exhaust system to the oem.
