Read all the reviews about how short ram is not as good as longtube etc...wanna go k&n, have had them on all my vehicles and they have made a difference but they were all V8s and different engine bay setups. Seen the 14hp increase but how about a difference in 0-60 & 1/4 mile... any input?
Skip the short rams and just get K&N drop-in filters with staight tubes. They make as much or more power then the short rams. The factory air boxes were pretty well designed by Nissan. A handful of people have dynoed this set up and gotten very good HP results that weren't that far off the Stillen G3 intake and it cost less then half what the G3's run.
