It was done at a Nissan dealer. I paid for the ester oil. The dealer did not use an OEM filter or replace the crush washer either. I have filled

The dealer did not use an OEM filter or replace the crush washer either. I have filled a complaint with North America Nissan. The dealership in question has numerous complaints. North America Nissan is taking care of the situation very professionally. The best part is the dealer actually lied to North America Nissan about what happened. I guess they did not think I would hold onto the paperwork. Troy
