Do our cars come with a plaque

So while I was doing the paperwork for my Nismo last month the sales manager mentioned that there is a plaque or some type of certificate that comes with the car. He stated he couldn't find where it was and that if he couldn't find it he would have Nissan send him another one. As of last week they claim it hasn't come in yet. Now I know about the plaque between the seats inside the car as well as all the other number placements on the car itself. However I've never heard of separate paper certificate or similar coming with the car. Was the manager mistaken? I was going to start hounding the dealer for it but if it doesn't even exist I might as well just drop the issue. Just making sure I'm not missing something that should have come with my car. Thanks

He's confused, the plaque is the unique badge between the seats.
