Idk....This can be argued by both model owners until the end of time... it is totally subjective.... but I think that they tried too hard to make the Nismo pick up on the GTR characteristics with the make over. From the rear it doesn’t look anything different from a Sports model with the rear spoiler unless u really take a hard look
I will give the interior to the 15 and up Nismo though...hands down...Again totally subjective...

i'm just pointing out the reality of the situation. Prior nismos were mainly exterior packages. at least the current one has recaros but whatever you want, just dont lie to yourself about what each trim is

Whether its "better" or not is dependent on the individual and what they want No matter what, anyone modifying their Z is tossing the suspension, intake, and exhaust ANYWAYS, so really what it comes down to is which body kit you want and whether you care about the seats.
