Ie, you can turn the buzzer on to see if it works but none of the sub-systems can be disabled/enabled/adjusted (other than the user-settable behaviors).

If you are right and changes can be made with CONSULT then the tuning software companies should be able to easily add a few settings.
I found most of my info in the Body Control System section of the FSM. The ANS BACK I-KEY LOCK/UNLOCK listing at the bottom of BCS-30 (in 2011 FSM) appears to be the chime that is triggered by the DOOR REQUEST SWITCH. A dealer can easily change this setting by using the CONSULT software, but I am hoping there is a simple DIY for resetting it back to default, which I believe is the chime.

Now that you mention it, I am going to talk to my tuner about messing with these settings

Thanks for the info.

This may not be something a tuner can do without knowing the address that needs to be changed. It may require somebody with a CAN bus sniffer and CONSULT to find the address and what value needs to be poked there (eg, tuning software company). Let us know if your tuner can make the changes.

I'll check that when I get home today too along with pulling off the + battery for about an hour.
