from 0-25 seconds, its a slow rev up until about 5-6k rpm. at 26 seconds or so im just jamming the throttle to the floor...the rattling (rasp) is very noticeable!

Just listened to ur sound clip and yeah that is awful. If mines made that noise then I would be annoyed too.. I hope it goes away soon for you...
