No need to replace it.

Take it to a local body shop. That's definitely repairable.

They should be able to heat the dented area, it will expand back out about 90% or more. Then sand, plastic fill, finish sand and repaint.
I've had it done on my BMW, cost me around 250.00.
Perhaps they can even only paint the bottom lip portion, rather then the hole bumper. That will save you some money.
But I guess an hour prep/repair, 80-100. Paint 100.00 materials, 50.

250- is fair.

Never let ANYONE drive the Nismo. That includes girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands, wives, parents, brothers, sisters, …… With a ground clearance of 5” the inexperienced will just tear it up. Even parking you have to be careful. And watch out for old Spicewood Springs road……………………….

You know those ugly arse yellow placards on the visors? They should warn the driver about ground clearance instead of bags. That sucks man. No other way to put it. .
