You know those ugly arse yellow placards on the visors? They should warn the driver about ground clearance instead of bags. That sucks man. No other way to put it.

Rule number one for Z owners is never let anyone but yourself drive your Z.

Buy a new front bumper and have it resprayed. How much is your deductible? Might want to go through your insurance. Your best bet would be to go around and get estimates from reputable body shops to get a good idea of what the cost is.

Your car will not be salvaged for just a replacement front bumper.

Get the real front end from dealer. That keep the value of you nismo at the highest. After market will be just that, a fake part on a real car. And you will know that your nismo has a walmark part on it and you'll hate yourself for it down the line.

You could possibly save the bumper itself, but the plastic piece(s) look screwed. Maybe if you replace the plastic piece and have a bodyshop work out the bumper, you could have some success. I would get an estimate though...........

I have to have my hood repaired because of a security gate mishap, but I plan on having the car repainted to eliminate rock chips and such. Let us know how it pans out.

Just an FYI,

Front bumper of a Nismo will set you back $700.00 plus $38.00 for the emblem. Estimate for removal, paint, and addition of new bumper will be around $1200.00 total.

I believe the bumper on my 350z only set me back 250.00 or so. Kinda sucks they jacked the price for the Nismo that much higher.
