At the minimum, you might want to consider using a different dealership to do your repair work, as your existing dealer has amply demonstrated that it has little regard for your brand new car. However, I recommend you get Nissan USA involved and demand a new Nismo for the damage and inconvenience you've been through. Last edited by jhp3; 08-22-2010 at 05:15 AM. Reason: grammar |

Use the reset procedure. It works 99% of the time. Didn't work for me, but that was because my passenger window motor was bad. The dealer replaced the window motor and switch panel. Gotta love it.
I have had all of the documented "issues" with my 2009 NISMO and the dealer just fixed them as they happened. Good luck with your car. Hope you don't feel the pain that I felt (although the dealer reduced it with warranty work). Rob

Just make sure you do the reset procedure with the door closed. You may have to do it 2 or more times, but it should work unless you have problems with the electronics. Just so that you know, I have had both windows worked on by the dealer. Driver's side had a faulty switch (the one in the door jam) and the passenger side switch panel and window motor were replaced.
