We're running the AEM CAI on the shop Nismo...some small modifications needed to get it to fit- just a trimming of the Nismo sheetmetal air guides to fit the washer bottle relocation but that's about it. No tuning and we're running the intakes with a modified exhaust and FI longtubes.
Injen has a model specific intake that addressed the issue of the old model hitting the front bumper due to the angle that the filter sits. Stillen some members have successfully been able to get it to work by modifying the sheetmetal air ducts like the AEM unit. Other than that all the short rams will work fine without any mods. So far only the Injen has a model specific application for the Nismo that doesn't require any additional modifications really...just a modified washer bottle that sits in the same location but it is smaller to accomodate the filter. -Victor |

whats the scoop on AEM's unit. does the electronic "gizzmo" really help adjust for any leanning or over richness? (hope that made sense)
and if you had it and wanted to run something like osiris later is this a problem? |
