Nismo seats
Is it just me or do our seats suck...I mean if you sit down and push your head back on the headrest you can feel something like cardboard pushing on your back. Just wondering if ours is the same in the other models...regardless who should i go for for an upgrade?

That thing pushing into your back is a design feature so if you get rear ended it will push your body into a better position to reduce injury.
Actually I really like the seats, compared to other cars in our price range these hold me in very well, do not really pinch or cause pain on long trips, and overall are well built.

Funny post..
I too wondered what that thing was Seats seem super light though, not sure if that's the case but when I slide them back and forth they feel like they weigh next to nothing. Anyone know how they compare to touring seats, just curious...

I've sat in the Nismo which have pretty cool seats. I really enjoy my touring seats ... They are comfortable and look awesome with the leather/suede while keeping the sporty design. You may not fit as tight in them as the Nismo seats or aftermarket bucket seats but, they still maintain a snug fit overall. On long trips they actually give you the comfort you need for going the distance. One of the perks I like are the seat warmers on those cold mornings on the way to work. No complaints here about the touring seats. Pretty Happy with them

That cardboard feeling will save your cervical spine when your car gets rear ended. As for seats, I find them comfortable, lightweight.

I got good reviews from my instructors at the track this weekend and I feel the seats held me pretty well once I was upright and all the way back.

I found myself leaning towards the middle of the car initially. Once I got out of that habit and sat up straight and centered in the seat it was great. I'm tall so when I sit properly my head just about touches the ceiling, especially since it starts to slope down towards the door. With a helmet on I had to slouch a little, but I was still all the way in the seat and not constantly pressing on the roof.

the stock seats seem like Nissan Sentra Spec V hand me downs. I got rid of them.

Down the road I will be getting new seats, but these are great now. Biggest issue I have with them is how far off the floor they are. If I sit in them properly my head (or at least my hair, lol) rubs. With a helmet on I get a little hunchback goin.
