The best thing to do to help prevent this is to not slide down in the seat. Sit on the seat without hitting the bolster and then swing your legs

The best thing to do to help prevent this is to not slide down in the seat. Sit on the seat without hitting the bolster and then swing your legs around. This happens on Corvette's also. It's nothing new. Make sure you don't have stuff in your back pockets. Take your bill fold out if you have one.
