Genuine Nismo Carbon Fibre Door Mirror Covers

Do these replace the OEM mirror covers or are they stuck on top with double sided tape.

I did a search which was inconclusive.

The only carbon fiber covers that I have seen are put on with double sided tape. Hope this helps out ??
