If all you're doing is HFCs you will be fine.

For DDs, the rule-of-thumb is: Intake mods only don't require a tune. Exhaust mods only don't require a tune. Intake + exhaust mods need a tune.

If you're worried about running lean, get an ODB/CAN tool that will allow you to monitor O2s, AFRs, etc, in real-time.
