2015+ nismo exhaust tips measurement
 

does anyone know the EXACT measurement for the 2015+ nismo exhaust tips?

i measured and got a little over 4.5" in diameter....




i'm only asking because i'm looking at Fast Intentions exhaust setup & really don't want to get an exhaust with smaller tips.... the holes in the nismo bumper are rather large and i want them filled out as much as possible.


could i get the fast intentions exhaust and just put bigger tips on it? if so... who makes 5" tips.....

any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

i'm real anal with sizing and fitment.... everything has to be perfect.

Mine are 4.5 inches in outside diameter.
I'm in the same boat as you. Been looking at getting an axleback and most are 4 in. Personally, I don't think it will make much of a difference. Yeah, the Nismo bumper openings are pretty big. I have seen 5 in. offerings with various other exhaust vendors. Love the burnt Ti tips which I think I definitely have to get.

I don't know what the FI Exhaust tip diameter is, but they have made accomodations in the past for custom setups. I assume those people had to pay for dual tips, or what not.

Give Fast intentions a call and tell them what you're looking for. At worst they either say nor or its too expensive

My Fast Intentions exhaust tips are only 1/16" shy of 4.5" diameter (outside-to-outside measures 4-7/16").

My 5.1 inch GTR amuse titanium tips for just right.

My FI base model TDX tip's are 4.578" diameter.

Measured my Nismo tips at 4 5/8". The Motordyne ShockWave e370 optional tips measure 5" and fill out the 15+ Nismo bumper nicely.

Running Fast Intentions on my 2015 Nismo. Good fit and look! Shouldn't be a problem.
