Nismo Rear Tail light question

Are the rear tails on the Nismo 370z the same size as all Z's like the base and sport etc etc.??
Are the years interchangeable from 2009 to 2014?

Reason I am asking is I am going to to tint my OEMs cherry red...and just in case I need to pass inspection swap them out with some normal ones when the time comes.

Also are the front lights also interchangeable?

yes & yes. Headlights / taillight shape hasn't change in any of the years.
