Does the Nismo have "Overdrive"? Insurance issues
 

So my insurance company Allstate is evaluating my 2010 Nismo for total loss and compared it to other 2010 and 2011 370 Nismos for a payoff value. Two of the four comparable vehicles 2010-2011 Nismos they list as having overdrive but mine is listed as not having his option. We all know they are identical cars so this is impossible if they are listing the other two comparable vehicles as having overdrive. The evaluation company Allstate uses is CCC.

My question is does anyone have any documentation or proof of the Nismo having overdrive. The total loss adjuster needs me to prove I have overdrive even though CCC has listed two of its exact comparable Nismos having it...

It's not even an option.

Tell the adjuster he needs to prove your car does not have overdrive.

Adjuster is an idiot, or is trying to lowball you.

My question if they remove overdrive from the comparable vehicles will that bring the value of mine down since they're value will also drop?
