One of two of your fuel level sensors has gone bad. There is one on the left side, and one on the right side that is mounted on the fuel pump. People on here have had one of those go bad. You're not the first.
As to your Z shutting down. Sounds like fuel starve. But that only happens on hard right turns because the fuel rushing away from the fuel pump that is on the right side and sucking air.
