Has anyone had to replace the seat foam on their seats yet? I have a 2011, and that metal bar on the side of the seat has come through the

NISMO Seat Foam
Has anyone had to replace the seat foam on their seats yet? I have a 2011, and that metal bar on the side of the seat has come through the foam, and I noticed today it's starting to wear out the seat material too. Any suggestions for how or what to replace it with?
