Can nismo ecu's be swapped out car for car???

I need some help....I have a stillen supercharger set up and it comes with the ecu from the 2009 nismo it was in..can I install the set up on my

I need some help....I have a stillen supercharger set up and it comes with the ecu from the 2009 nismo it was in..can I install the set up on my 2013 nismo and just run that ecu??? Or will I need to buy a uprev for my car???

I'd just get an Uprev license. Nissan has a bunch of different revisions of the ecu since 2009. You might want to give Uprev a call to see if it can be swapped with no issue, but my feeling is that it would be more of a hassle than getting your own license.

At least in Australia, ECU and key fobs are "paired" .. so it is also likely that you will have difficulty using your fobs with the new ECU ....

Yeah probably worth the money for a fresh tune and up rev license. ..

The fobs can be "programmed" work with your current Z as long as they are the same generation. The dealership will rape you in that department. I heard that there are other solutions, but I have not looked into them in any depth.
