Are you or anyone else with a 15/16 Z noticing that the rear lower bumper in the center (where the little light would be, for example) moves in and out

Are you or anyone else with a 15/16 Z noticing that the rear lower bumper in the center (where the little light would be, for example) moves in and out a bit?
I noticed while washing my Z a few weeks ago I could grab the lower edge of the bumper and flex it around a bit. I know the bumper is just a piece of plastic and is not firmly attached everywhere but it seems to move a little more than I would expect. It looks fine and there is no damage so I'm thinking it's normal but I don't remember whether it was like that when I first brought it home or not...
