I was wondering if there are any exterior parts out for this yet

If you are referring to OEM Nissan bumpers from the 2015 Nismo the answer is yes. A few people have already switched. See 2015 front bumper on 2009. Something like that. Use search as well.

I meant it as a body kit for a 2015 nismo, or a lip, or a spoiler. Anything aftermarket to add on to the nismo

I don't think so it's still pretty new I've only seen 2 new Nismo's with wheels and springs/coils.
