I'm guessing, same exact design, same approximate quality, different manufacturers -- lowest bid wins the contract for the MY. And, my guess is, approximately same sound too. They can't change

I'm guessing, same exact design, same approximate quality, different manufacturers -- lowest bid wins the contract for the MY.
And, my guess is, approximately same sound too. They can't change things around too much because that will potentially affect noise levels, emissions, power ratings, etc.
